I understand exactly how you feel because I felt that way too. After my burnout I got imposter syndrome. I had a successful career as a manager and then as a director, but it still felt like it was a fake. It seemed just a matter of time until others noticed that I was not very good at what I was doing. In the meantime I worked extra hard to prevent it from being discovered, but this did not solve anything. Actually, it just got worse.
I got completely stuck. The pleasure in my work was gone, I was very insecure and I changed jobs several times in a short time in the hope that I would be better off somewhere else. But I just became more and more insecure. Because I kept running into the same problems. Was it really me? Was I just not fit to be a manager or director? It is strange that how I stopped remembering all those successful years in the past and I lost faith in myself. I felt like a failure.

Rapid Transformational Therapy: this is how we do it
My 1-on-1 program lasts a month. You get to work intensively so that you deal with your uncertainty in a short time. For this we start with a pre-consultation via Zoom. In this half-hour conversation we will discuss the problems you are experiencing. We also discuss what you want to achieve with RTT.
Then we plan the RTT session. I offer face to face sessions in a relaxing canal side setting and for clients who are unable to visit in person, online Zoom appointments are also available. The session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. With hypnotherapy we look for the cause of your problem. We work with different techniques to break through that barrier. Then we go to the best part: we replace your negative pattern with a pattern that does work. We record this part of the session and you get the audio file to take away. You listen to this every day for 3 weeks. You will notice a difference after the session, but by listening to the recording every day you will capture the new pattern in your brain, making it stronger and stronger. Listening to the recording is a real pleasure. It makes you feel wonderfully positive and calm. . Many people still listen to the recording every day after those 3 weeks because it gives them such a good and confident feeling. And they always discover something new.
After the RTT session we have two coaching conversations. We do the first conversation via Zoom again. We will then go deeper into the new pattern, so that it completely hooks into your brain. We conclude the second coaching conversation with the evaluation – via Zoom or again with me in Amsterdam, whichever you prefer. This is my favourite conversation because we discuss what has changed in your life through RTT and how you feel about it. Spoiler alert: you will be smiling through this whole session. I find it special every time to see how RTT ensures such a rapid and major change.
